Threat. Stress. Fret.

March 27, 2009

This week’s a blur.

It started with the return of the prank caller who has been tormenting our landline and mobile fones for nearly a decade. I don’t know what to think of the situation. I thought we were used to it, but this time it was creepy. I was scared, because it seems that whoever that asshole is, she’s definitely taking this whole act a notch higher. It’s disturbing, and I’m starting to feel uncomfortable again.

I was disoriented these past days, but thank god for TV and entertainment, I seem to get by it all.

I can’t get the funny yet somewhat creepy blue creature in 30Rock off my head. I started on a new show, The Big Bang Theory and I find the geeky guys hilarious. Survivor Tocantins’s special episode was, as usual, intriguing. I don’t know what to think of Tyson. I just don’t get his personality issues. The same thing with Coach. Don’t know if he’s really concern with some of the people… acting as a “coach” was somewhat an off idea.

Stunning. Best performance of the season, so far. And it nearly turned me into a fan.

You know what’s entertaining about AI this week? Simon Cowell, the crayons, and Paula’s moustache. Lol. Idol’s Motown week was exciting. Adam was definitely the best of the night. Drop-dead gorgeous. With the clean and classy look, he stole the show with an amazing take on “The Track of My Tears.” That song was actually one of the classic songs I like. I used to listen to Smokey Robinson and The Miracles’ original version, the vintage one. When Adam did it unplugged, it sounded fresh and I just can’t get enough of that performance. And mind you, it nearly turned me into a fan. However, when I saw him again in the results show, my gay-dar started to sense everything else again. I have nothing against the results this week, except for Matt being in the bottom three. At last Sarver was gone. ^^

And now I leave you with Adam Lambert’s Idol performance (Top 10, Motown week): “Tracks of My Tears”

Idol fans, brace yourselves. It’s the battle of the Davids, once again. Whoa.

Check out Cook-ie’s announcement here. And little David’s jolly confirmation here. (He says “salamat po” in a pinoy sound.)

Gahd. This is exciting. Though I prefer a solo David Cook concert, this one’s quite enough. I enjoy little David’s ballads, and based on concert reviews, the runner-up has proven himself a deserving match to Cook with his solid performances in his recent US tours.

I won’t miss out on this one (I missed Daughtry’s and Michael Johns’ Manila tour). I’ll work hours to save up for this event. Yeah. Can’t wait^^
